40th Anniversary Future Vision Declaration
Building on the achievements of the past 40 years, the Korean Society of Spine Surgery focuses on four core strategies — Consolidation, Teaching, Longevity, and Standardization — and has established key priority tasks to sustain its continued development.

Identity
Meaning of the Logo
To mark the 30th anniversary of the Korean Society of Spine Surgery, the Society's logo was revised. It consists of two images with the following meanings.
Left image
The staff of Asclepius rises from a cross-section of a vertebra and is entwined by a serpent, the symbol of medicine. This signifies establishing spine surgery on a firm foundation through sound medical practice.
Right image
The orthopaedic symbol is adapted by replacing the bent tree trunk with a vertebra bound to a straight rod, signifying the correction of a curved spine.
Logo Colors
The standard color specifications used in the Society's logo.
